Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming place where crystals feel like companions and shopping feels easy, joyful, and judgment-free.
1. Products
Many items sold at Zoe’s Crystal Garden are natural stones and handmade curated sets.
Because crystals are naturally formed:
- Color, flash, shape, inclusions, texture, and pattern will vary
- No two pieces are exactly alike
- Photos are taken to represent the product as accurately as possible, but colors may vary by screen
For one-of-a-kind pieces, the exact item shown is the item you will receive.

Our products and educational content are intended to support mindfulness, intention setting, personal reflection, and enjoyment.

3. Orders & Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to inventory errors
- Correct pricing mistakes
- Refuse orders suspected of fraud
Because many products are one-of-a-kind, availability may change quickly.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed in the order received.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of crystals and curated products:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (recommended starting policy)
- Items must be unused and returned in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect
- Custom, clearance, or personalized items are final sale
If something arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos.
6. Product Care
Natural stones may chip, fade, crack, or react to moisture, heat, sunlight, oils, or impact.
Please handle products carefully.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, photography, artwork, product names, collector cards, graphics, and content created by Zoe’s Crystal Garden remain our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zoe’s Crystal Garden is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
